Stace Phelps Cervantes won Mister Naga 2013!



Stace Phelps Cervantes, a male pageant veteran won MR. NAGA CITY 2013. He was also awardedBEST IN TRIBAL WEAR, BEST IN FUNWEAR, BEST IN INTERVIEW, SUN CELLULAR AWARD AND MR.
