Mr. Philippines Wins First Runner Up in Mr. Campus World 2013

The winning streak of the Philippines in male pageantry on the international stage continues. Roland William de Dios from Cabanatuan City emerged as first runner up in the recently concluded Mister Campus World 2013 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He also won Best in National Costume Award.

Roland, 23, is a model who is taking up Bachelor of Science in Education at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology.

Winning the title was Mister Singapore Ian Chua while Mister Malaysia Tsai Wee Gan was second runner up. On the other hand, Marisse Mendoza of the Philippines won the Miss Campus World 2013. It was a twin win for the Philippines!

This is the debut of the Mister Campus World in the arena of international male pageantry. It seeks to “recognize the role of student and give more students a chance to discover and optimize their latent abilities.”
