The Story of Manhunt Director Carlo Galang

Carlo Morris Galang became the new Manhunt Philippines director earlier this year. But what is very interesting about him is that he was a male pageant candidate himself, having joined several contests, a certified kontesero, so to say

Carlo joined the Mister Philippines-International 2009 pageant but he failed to make it to the final list of 16 contestants.He tried his luck again and joined the Mister Philippines-World 2010 pageant. He made it as one of the contestants but  failed to reach the final cut. Alvin de Joya, who was an official contestant of Mister Philippines-International 2009 pageant, won the title Mister Philippines-World and represented the country in the Mister World pageant which was held in Korea. On a sidenote, Alvin dela Joya won second runner up in Mister Asia 2013 just this November.

With Manhunt Philippines in the hands of Carlo, we believe that our representative next year Jamiel Ventosa will surely be learning tips from the best in Philippine male pageant industry. Bring it on Sir Carlo!
