With no minor awards, and a total dark horse
throughout the competition Giovanni Ramos Viter of Palo, Leyte grabbed the
title of Ginoong Leyte 2015 at the RTR Park in Tacloban
City. Coming first runner-up is Rick Kristoffer Palencia of Tacloban City.
Overwhelmed with emotion, the new Ginoong Leyte cried tears of joy as he
requested to speak thanking his fellow candidates and friends for their
support. Judges include Mr. International Neil Mariano Perez Flormata Jr. and
Daniel Padilla's mom Karla Estrada. Congratulations to all the candidates, the
Provincial Government of Leyte and to the Pintados Foundation, Inc. for a job
well done.
