Batanes Hottie Backs Out from Gentlemen of the Philippines 2016

John Byron Binalon of Batanes recently competed in Gentlemen of the Philippines – Tuguegarao pageant and was lucky to be selected among the many young men competing for the right to represent the region for the national finals. But with schedule conflicts at school (his semester already started this month), he had to give up the opportunity. This news made me sad.
