- 17-23 years old
- Filipino Citizen at least 6 mos resident of Nueva Ecija
- At least 5'8"
- At least high school graduate
- Beauty of the face and proportionate body structure
- Pleasing Personality
- and with Good moral character

Requirements

- Photos 4R whole body, 3R close up/head shot ( white background)
- Photo copy of NSO Birth certificate
- Endorsement letter
- Parental consent with ID ( below 18 years old)

SCREENING: August 26, 2016 10am registration
Venue: Kiddie Park, Robinsons Townville
Attire: White Top/Blue Jeans
