Ralph Otivar is no strange to male pageants.
Being the Ginoo sa Kayumanging Kisig during the Ginoong Filipinas 2013, he
re-surfaced this year in Mister Philippines 2016 last April 14, 2016. It was
indeed a good decision. Representing Leyte, he became the first runner up with
the special title Mister Philippines - The Sun. Many netizens believe that
Ralph has the potential of surfacing his current pageant achievement. This hunk
humbly admits that he is a part-time teacher and fitness manager in Gold’s Gym
Chinatown branch. Interestingly, he is also a registered physical therapist
slash model. What a very impressive credential! Do you think, he should give it
another try in Mister Philippines in 2017?
