Philip Gabay is heard to be joining Gandang Lalaki in Showtime.

Who is he, by the way? Why create the buzz?

10th Hottest in 2013 Philippine Male Pageants

 

#10 - Archie Manalili (Hari ng Pilipinas 2013) = 42.6 + 40 =82.6

Archie Manalili occupies the 10^th spot in the 50 Hottest in Philippine Male Pageants. At the middle of the year 2013, he won the Hari ng Pilipinas representing the province of Pampanga. He was also adjudged the Best in Swimwear. According to the Dpageantuff Blog, “I really think he can break into showbiz with that scorching look!” I agree. 

Hari ng Luzon: The Original

Hari ng Luzon was the original! Before Hari ng Pilipinas, there was the Hari ng Luzon. Its prepageant was held in Bed Bar Makati on August 18, 2012. Twenty-one handsome hunks competed for the title.  The coronation night was on August 25.

Favorites for the title were Kierwin Lozano (Ginoong Filipinas-Luzon 2012), Ronnie Toribio (SHOBI 2011 Second Runner Up), JM Martinez, Neil Reyes, Tamaki Masuda but it was tall, brown and handsome Jaydan Lapira who brought home the bacon. 

Interestingly, Neil Reyes, who was unplaced, resurfaced the following year at the Hari ng Pilipinas and clinched the title Hari ng Luzon. The Hari ng Pilipinas was won by Archie Manalili, another male pageant veteran.

Cross-over at the Manhunt Philippines 2013

While we are closely following the

Manhunt International Philippines 2013,

Our eyes caught Ronelle Lutching who have been into several

Male pageants this year.

He was originally part of the Hari ng Pilipinas 2013

But backed out and immediately jumped into the

Ginoong Filipinas 2013 but went home unplaced.

He is now giving it another try at Manhunt.

Let us see if he will be successful this time.
