Victor Silayan for Mister World Philippines

Does Jose Mari Victor Silayan fit the template of a potential Mr. World Philippines 2014? The guy is attractive, very Pinoy looking, fit and athletic enough. He has honed his TV acting skills through a string of soap operas on TV5 and is also a sought-after commercial model who has appeared on product endorsements like Toyota Vios and Sky Flakes.
