Wilfred Placencia Jr. was adjudged Mister Philippines International 2013 First Runner Up
Besting other male pageant candidates from around the country
He represented the city of Dumaguete.
He will represent the Philippines in
Gentlemen Universe 2014
Early next year in Chile.
