Herrera, a student of STI College clinched the title RAJAH NG BALARA 2014.
Herrera also won the award for Best in Formal Wear together with a Php20,000
cash prize. His First Runner – Up, Ric John Bascon was chosen to represent Old
Balara in the nationwide screening for Mister International Philippines 2014.
The contest, participated by 22 young individuals from all over Matandang
Balara, Quezon City was the first beauty pageant project under Barangay Captain
Allan Franza, mpa. The event was held in the midst of Old Balara’s week long
Foundation Day celebration.
