Gentlemen of the Philippines 2016 Candidates (3 of 3)

Gentlemen of the Philippines is a nationwide search
for the next representatives to
Mister Model International 2016 in New Delhi, India by August,
Mister Tourism International 2017 in Panama City next year,
Mister Universal Ambassador 2016 in Bali, Indonesia by September,
Mister Worldwide Competition 2016 in Orlando, Florida by December
and the inaugural edition of
Mister Tourism World in Bali, Indonesia in November.
Gentlemen of the Philippines 2016 finals will be on
July 31, 2016 at the Trinity University of Asia Theater,
E. Rodriguez, Quezon City.
Here are the last batch of candidates:

Mohammad Ali Imran – LUCENA, QUEZON. 21, 5’10. Mohammad Ali is a Computer Engineering student from Lucena who can speak five different languages – English, Tagalog, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi. He is half-Filipino, half-Pakistani. He has experienced life in Lahore and work in Hong Kong before permanently staying in the Philippines for good.

Paul Benjamin Abal Jr. – MANDAUE CITY – 21, 6 feet. PJ is a former cadet of the Philippine Military Academy who is currently at a crossroads in his career. One thing very clear, though, is that he wants to compete for and become a true-blue Gentleman titleholder which can help launch his advocacy for climate change adaptation.

Paul Renzo Velo – LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM. 23. Paul Renzo is currently taking an undergraduate sandwich course of Aerospace Engineering at the University of the West of England where he is an active basketball player and Captain of the 2nd team. Back in 2012, he was chosen to play for the Under-21 of London NABA held in Washington, D.C.  A certified gym buff, Paul Renzo is also into taekwondo, e-gaming and playing the guitar.

Rayferdinand Chan Garcia – ISABELA. 19. 5’11. Ray was Best in Talent, Gentleman Photogenic and Best in Formal Wear during the Grand Coronation Night of GOTPH Cagayan Valley! He always find time to work out despite his busy schedule in school having four accounting subjects.  He is very much into folk and indigenous dances, inspite of admitting that he is not the best when it comes to executing graceful moves and the like. At any rate, he is keeping his fingers crossed that the nationals will afford him the chance to show more of his culture from up north. He may be studying Management Accounting at Centro Escolar University (Malolos Campus), but his heart fully belongs to Cagayan Valley.

Rex Peter Calimbayan – TAGBILARAN.  21. Rex Peter is a Nursing graduate who plans to pursue Medicine Proper after hopefully passing the Nursing licensure exam next month. On the side, he is an enthusiast of free diving and waterfall jumping.

Rodolfo Alaba – LEGAZPI CITY, ALBAY. 21. 5’11. Rj loves singing, and is actually a happy person all the time. What he wants to achieve as a Gentleman is for his family to be proud of his achievements. He is a 4th Year Criminology student from Bicol College in Daraga. He describes himself as a simple guy who excels in sports like swimming, basketball and shooting. He placed Top 3 in the Inter-Criminology held in CamSur.

Roland William de Dios – CABANATUAN CITY. 25, 6 feet. Roland William is currently a Political Science major of Phinma Araullo University where he is part of the Debate Club and Captain of the Basketball team in his college. He is a serious gym buff who used to compete in several athletic events like marathon, shot put and javelin throw before semi-retiring from the sport. He was a candidate of Mister Philippines 2012. He was chosen to represent the country in Mister Campus World 2013 and was First Runner Up.

Ronel Gonzales – SIQUIJOR. 19, 6 feet. Ronel was selected during the Hara Sa Canoan 2016 Finals by GCI Founder Preciousa Anna Medina and Gentleman Ambassador Rein Villareal. He is currently a Junior at the Siquijor State College taking up BS Marine Transportation. His suit during the event was made by Griffins Malazarte of GMO Collection.

Samuel Joshua Arnonobal – ZAMBOANGA CITY. 20, 5’10. Sam recently completed his Computer Engineering degree from Commtech Institute. What's interesting in him is that he bakes as a hobby and sells his yummy chocolate cakes and brownies for added income.

Sonu Singh – NUEVA VIZCAYA. 22. 5’11. Sonu is what you may call an entirely "Filipinized" guy. Born and raised in the country, he completed an Associate Degree in Restaurant Management and loves cooking, especially Indian food. Outside of work in the family business, he plays basketball and hanging out with friends. Sonu is a sweet and charming Gentleman. It won't be long till you experience his positive qualities first-hand.
