Flashback: Gandong Cervantes, Ginoong Filipinas 1993

“Gandong”Cervantes will always be remembered as one of the most popular winners
of the Ginoong Filipinas. Also, he was one among the many Ginoo alumni who
jumped into the skin flicks. He became very popular because of the “Sibak:
Midnight Dancers” where he showed his depth as an actor and where he showcased
his georgeous young body for all viewers to see. But just like the rest of
Ginoo candidates – turned –actors, his star seemed to fade even before it could
even soar higher. Today, he lives a very laid back life in America. He is happy
he has chosen it. We hope we will see him as one of the judges in the next
editions of the Ginoong Filipinas pageant.
