PROVINCE OF THE YEAR (SECOND UPDATE):

At the conclusion of the Manhunt International Philippines 2013, the top two spots in the Province of the Year remain unshaken and by the runner up finish of Justine Hizon, Pampanga zoomed by 50 points more. 

Cebu and Laguna dropped off to the fourth and fifth spot dramatically.

Jamiel Ventosa and Renz Maun gave Nueva Ecija 150 points for their inclusion in the top 3 as winner and runner up. This is the first entry of the Nueva Ecija in the Province of the Year.

Pangasinan – 240 points

Nueva Ecija – 150 points

Cebu – 100 points

Laguna – 100 points

Palawan – 80 points

Albay – 80 points

Batangas – 80 points

Paranaque City – 50 points

Dumaguete City – 50 points
