Ginoong Magallanes (Tacloban) 2016 is Milven Faja Aguillon. He is also the Best in Barong and Best in Festival Costume. The pageant is part of the San Fernando District Fiesta 2016 in Tacloban. Milven stands 5’10 and is 22 years old. He is also the reigning Mister San Roque-Catbalogan 2016; Ginoong Albuera (Leyte) 2016 third runner up and Asian Development Foundation College 2014. Should Ralph Otivar Give it Another Try?

Ralph Otivar is no strange to male pageants. Being the Ginoo sa Kayumanging Kisig during the Ginoong Filipinas 2013, he re-surfaced this year in Mister Philippines 2016 last April 14, 2016. It was indeed a good decision. Representing Leyte, he became the first runner up with the special title Mister Philippines - The Sun. Many netizens believe that Ralph has the potential of surfacing his current pageant achievement. This hunk humbly admits that he is a part-time teacher and fitness manager in Gold’s Gym Chinatown branch. Interestingly, he is also a registered physical therapist slash model. What a very impressive credential! Do you think, he should give it another try in Mister Philippines in 2017?
