Stace Phelps Cervantes is Mr. Sibonga 2014

Stace Phelps Cervantes is the new Mister Sibonga 2014. He was also awarded Best in Festival Costume (By: Aldo Sinening Loquinario), Best in Production Number  and Best in Formal Wear (By: Oscar Solon).

Stace is a popular male pageant personality in Cebu. In his facebook account, he made mention of several people to thank for: “Special thanks to my team! Sibonga is a third class municipality in the province of Cebu, Philippines. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 43,641 people. It is famous for the Birhen sa Simala, a miraculous shrine of the Virgin Mary.
